November 24th is moms 57th birthday. Gone to soon is what keeps echoing in my mind lately. Everyone still struggles a lot with it. I wish I could make it all better. I love my mom and can't wait to see her again. There is always an open wound you carry around with you when you go through this type of thing. The lesson is how to keep living. I think I'm learning slowly.

Hi Girls and Casey - I finally figured out how to leave a comment on your wonderful blog - I still write your mom's birthday in my planner and think about her (and dream about her) so often. We were best friends and I was never happier than when I was with her, when we were growing up and even after we were married with our own kids! I admire your strength and know how much she loves you. I miss seeing you all and enjoy seeing the pictures of your babies growing up. Love from Terry
